This is a prerequisite for both your physical and mental health. It is a tissue-analysis that I only have access to do for thoose who live in Sweden. For thoose who do not live in Sweden, I will assist you, so you can send it by your self at selfcost. From this you will learn about which food and nutrients that is needed for your healing and sustainable health. Nutrients are able to hold us in unhealthy pattern and create addictions that can be difficult to heal from if we do not adjust the balance.

2. You will be directly guided to the new routines required to break certain behaviour, thoughts and feelings in order to best create greater security around you.

3. Weekly access to shorter meeting/conversation for feedback but also morning meeting with prayer and meditation.

4. You get access to material that you can work with in peace and quiet at home.

5. Energymedicine sessions that go deep into your subconscious mind to heal trauma and woundings from childhood and early ages that have caused the unhealthy patterns in you. From that you can start to create a healthier and happier body, soul and mind.
