I grew up in a small Swedish town during the 70s and 80s and all my time was spent with my animals.

My father was an alcoholic.

I was the only biological child but had two older foster siblings.

When my father, whom I loved dearly, got sober in 1990, my healing journey began, which took the form of an emotional roller coaster. But oh so many experiences, insights, healing and awakening that I have been able to experience thanks to my choice of parents.

I am eternally grateful.

Everything in my life lead me to work with thoose who have similar background and is in need of guidance.

Because of my knowledge in the chemistry of our body and how it effects our mind and behavior together with experience in addictions, I feel whole in working in this area.

I am also grateful that I took the courage to show up for others with similar needs, so I can guide you through the healing that can only be experienced as intensely as when one has reached their darkness.

In the darkness we create the light that will shine forever.
