I grew up in a small Swedish town during the 70s and 80s and all my time was spent with my animals.

My father was an alcoholic.

I was the only biological child but had two older foster siblings.

When my father, whom I loved dearly, got sober in 1990, my healing journey began, which took the form of an emotional roller coaster. But oh so many experiences, insights, healing and awakening that I have been able to experience thanks to my choice of parents.

I am eternally grateful.

Also grateful that I took the courage to meet you with similar needs and guide you to healing that can only be experienced as intensely as when one has reached their darkness.
